Thomas W. Nash is a change leader and business strategist and international public speaker. He led Xalles Holdings Inc. since its inception and reverse merger in 2015 until 2025 and is Chairman of the Board. Previously, he led Xalles Limited and its predecessor companies since 1996. Xalles Holdings is a technology holding company, acquiring companies to drive new revenue and asset appreciation. Xalles provides technology solutions and services to support government, business, and consumer financial transactions.
Nash has experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial services, international corporate structures, financial investment contracts and exit strategies, including IPOs. He also has expertise in the financial supply chain and payment services. He has provided strategic business advice to more than 200 firms worldwide from small firms to Fortune 500 firms, and multiple international governments. During his career he led large fintech projects within the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and major banks.

Thomas W. Nash is a business thought leader and writer. His professional writing started while as a teenager he wrote and published the book “Success In School”, a book for students written by a student.
Success In School went on to sell thousands of copies and qualify as a Nonfiction Bestseller in Canada. This experience allowed Nash the opportunity to gain media experience. He appeared and was heard on hundreds of television and radio stations across North America. He was also featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles.
Nash currently focuses on writing related to business strategy and turning business concepts and advice into articles, white papers, newsletters, books and training programs. He is about to launch “The Chairman Chronicles”, a series of newsletter articles that will assist executives and senior managers to apply new business concepts and proven ideas and techniques in their own corporations.

Thomas W. Nash began working as a professional speaker at the age of 19 to promote his book “Success In School”. His media interviews and speeches were broadcast on hundreds of radio and television stations throughout North America. He also had a self-produced “Success In School” cable television program, delivered as as an instructional show for the key concepts in the book.
Nash went on to become a professional corporate trainer to train users on many computer applications as well as business skills of Project Management, Negotiation and Marketing. He also created his own proprietary training courses in Customer Service as well as Problem Solving POWERTM and Top Gun Train-the-TrainerTM.
Nash become more recently well known for a series of business seminars on International Marketing which were delivered across North America, China, Singapore, Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Brazil and Colombia.
